Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounting functions, including AP/AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee group-level financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Execute daily financial transactions and monitor cash flow across multiple company entities.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless inventory alignment and valuation tracking.
- Prepare monthly closing reports and tax filings to ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and conduct periodic physical inventory audits.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance departmental efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in full-set accounting or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for detail and high accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across various departments.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple entity accounts simultaneously.
- Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
