- Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Operate and maintain the ERP system for efficient financial data management
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date
- Generate comprehensive financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Update and monitor ageing reports to track accounts receivable and payable
- Oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, expense tracking, and invoice processing
- Ensure all financial deadlines are met with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full set accounting
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure
