Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile bank transactions
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely tax compliance
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis for departmental heads
- Maintain digital and physical financial records with audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with procurement team on vendor contracts and payment processing
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a growth-oriented setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
