Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive monthly financial reports and management accounts.
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and performing regular bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and internal company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Handle monthly tax computations, SST submissions, and liaise with regulatory bodies when necessary.
  • Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, providing all necessary documentation and support.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is highly advantageous).
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, specifically in handling a full set of accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., SQL Account, AutoCount, SAP) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting standards, taxation laws, and auditing procedures.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
