Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including the General Ledger, Trial Balance, and Financial Statements.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
- Liaise with auditors and external parties as required to provide necessary documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a similar accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) or manual bookkeeping systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
