As part of our finance team, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data, managing accounts, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including the General Ledger, Trial Balance, and Financial Statements.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely processing.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify all financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
  • Liaise with auditors and external parties as required to provide necessary documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) or manual bookkeeping systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
