Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
- Liaise with clients and vendors to resolve billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for all financial documents and records.
- Process expense claims and verify receipts in accordance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Understanding of basic Malaysian tax regulations and financial compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
