Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads across commercial and residential sectors
- Present tailored interior design solutions to client specifications and budget requirements
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals with accurate costing and project timelines
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Provide comprehensive handover to project teams to ensure smooth implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in interior design, construction, or B2B services
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and develop customized solutions
- Results-oriented mindset with consistent achievement of sales targets
- Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and industry standards
- Valid Malaysian driving license with own transportation for client meetings
