Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through networking and market research.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic advantages.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product and support to ensure client deliverables are met.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain strong relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within a related industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite is highly preferred.
