Join Helmsion Engineering as an Account Executive and take charge of our financial operations! In this pivotal role, you'll manage daily accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and payment coordination. You'll prepare essential financial reports, conduct account reconciliations, and ensure strict compliance with tax regulations and SST requirements. Additionally, you'll support internal/external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and providing critical financial insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR processing, invoicing, and payment coordination
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, reconciliations, and budget analysis
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and Sales & Service Tax (SST) requirements
- Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and financial records
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to maintain accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis
- Maintain organized accounting documentation and filing systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and SST compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with financial reporting and reconciliation processes
