- Manage and expand portfolio of client accounts through strategic relationship building
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within existing accounts
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver client-focused solutions
- Prepare regular performance reports and forecast account growth
- Resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and retention

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with CRM software
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
