In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations, ensuring that our records are precise, compliant, and optimized for growth.
As an Account Executive, you will manage end-to-end accounting processes, from daily bookkeeping to complex financial reporting. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely financial data to support our management team’s strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform accurate monthly bank reconciliations and verify transaction records.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports and management accounts for review.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure all documentation is compliant with statutory requirements.
- Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, claims, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking and variance analysis.
- Ensure all financial filing systems are maintained and updated according to company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or a similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and other MS Office applications.
- In-depth knowledge of local accounting standards, taxation, and statutory requirements in Malaysia.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information clearly.
