Tanggung Jawab
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, contracts, and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the internal accounting and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Track sales activities and provide accurate reporting to management on performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.
