- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of employees and vendors
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decisions
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure compliance with tax requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
