Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the accounting sector
- Prepare and present customized accounting solutions to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
- Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and client feedback
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
- Proven experience in sales or account management (1-3 years)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of accounting principles and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license for client meetings (if applicable)
