Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of potential clients within the culinary and restaurant franchise sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the food industry.
- Present franchise business models, investment opportunities, and operational benefits to prospective clients.
- Nurture leads through the sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing agreements and onboarding.
- Provide ongoing education and support to franchisees regarding business operations and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and partnership growth.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports on client acquisition, retention, and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the F&B (Food and Beverage) industry or franchise business models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving and exceeding sales targets.
