Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily management of the affiliate program, including onboarding new partners and managing existing accounts.
- Monitor affiliate performance and generate weekly/monthly performance reports to track sales and engagement.
- Communicate with affiliate partners to provide updates, support, and necessary campaign materials.
- Track sales conversions and commission payouts to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Support the marketing team in creating promotional content and updating affiliate guidelines.
- Update affiliate tracking links and ensure all marketing assets are current and functional.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the skincare, beauty, and personal care industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
