PT. Wiselie International Solutions is seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to elevate our brand presence and drive business growth. You will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, leading creative campaigns that resonate deeply with our target audience. This role requires a visionary leader to manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), execute high-impact digital advertising strategies, and forge strategic partnerships that accelerate market expansion.

As our Brand Manager, you will translate complex market insights into compelling brand narratives and oversee the consistency of our brand identity across all channels. We are looking for a results-oriented professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to amplify brand reach.
  • Lead the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with external agencies, businesses, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine brand positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand communication.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness to stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong track record of managing successful KOL and influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital advertising performance analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and content management systems.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
