- Monitor and evaluate dealer CRM performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies and initiatives to support sales targets.
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
- Train and mentor dealer staff on CRM tools, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure CRM initiatives support broader campaign objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all CRM platforms.
- Report regularly on CRM performance and recommend actionable improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Sales Supervision.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proven experience in identifying sales opportunities and driving conversion rates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the retail or automotive industry is a strong advantage.
