Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of small business clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee comprehensive accounting operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and monthly financial reporting.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify growth opportunities and present tailored strategies to clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with local financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Develop and present compelling business proposals and growth strategies to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate effectively with the internal finance and operations teams to streamline processes.
- Monitor account performance metrics and proactively address any financial discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Proven experience in accounting, financial services, or account management (minimum 2 years).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
