Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accurate processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly income statements.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and ensure all general ledger transactions are recorded correctly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual tax filings and statutory compliance reports.
- Monitor inventory accounts related to furniture stock and assist in cost accounting analysis.
- Process invoices, verify expenses, and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and support budgeting processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar role within the manufacturing or retail industry.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or local ERP systems) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good understanding of Malaysian tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial data.
