Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger entries.
- Perform timely bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Prepare monthly management reports and assist in the preparation of annual financial audits.
- Manage statutory requirements, including tax filings (e.g., SST, income tax) and EPF/SOCSO submissions.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Maintain proper filing systems and documentation for all financial transactions to ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve discrepancies and improve accounting workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or MYOB) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic team environment.
