In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the financial health of our organization, ensuring accuracy in our books, and supporting the management team with insightful financial reporting.
As an Account Executive at Big Tiles Gallery, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting process, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform accurate and timely bank and statement reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including SST and income tax filings.
- Process payroll and handle staff claims and allowances in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and records to ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the management team to monitor cash flow and budgetary requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based platforms) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- High level of integrity, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict monthly deadlines.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
