In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and ensuring the seamless execution of our event management services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through proactive communication and relationship building.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and creative teams to ensure client requirements are perfectly aligned with event logistics.
- Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and professional presentations for prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform effective sales strategies.
- Attend client meetings, network at industry events, and represent the company brand professionally.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including performance analysis and forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
- Valid driver’s license is an advantage.
