Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, ledgers, and financial statements to maintain data integrity
- Conduct internal audits to verify compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Oversee month-end closing procedures, including journal entries and financial reporting
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review and decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and improve processes
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable or similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in month-end closing and financial reporting
