Join Agromaster Fertilizer Sdn Bhd as an Account Executive and play a pivotal role in our finance operations. This position offers the opportunity to manage the full accounting lifecycle, from daily transaction processing to financial reporting, while supporting cross-functional business operations. You'll ensure compliance with accounting standards, maintain accurate financial records, and generate critical reports that drive strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounting functions including general ledger maintenance and financial reporting
- Process daily transactions and ensure accuracy of financial records
- Prepare comprehensive accounting reports for management review
- Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Support month-end closing procedures and reconcile financial statements
- Collaborate with operations team to align financial processes with business needs
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA/CIMA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in full-cycle operations
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
