Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to make a significant impact within a growing food industry leader? Sannis Frozen Product is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team in Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring precision in our day-to-day accounting activities. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end accounting process, from managing complex Accounts Receivable (AR) and credit control to overseeing cash flow and audit preparations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, billing, and customer account maintenance.
  • Execute rigorous credit control procedures to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debt.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries for accuracy.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Monitor and manage daily cash flow requirements to support operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer payment queries.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors as required.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory accounting standards and internal company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in full-set accounting and credit control.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
  • Deep commitment to confidentiality and integrity in financial record-keeping.
