In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring precision in our day-to-day accounting activities. You will take full ownership of the end-to-end accounting process, from managing complex Accounts Receivable (AR) and credit control to overseeing cash flow and audit preparations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, billing, and customer account maintenance.
- Execute rigorous credit control procedures to ensure timely collections and minimize bad debt.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify ledger entries for accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Monitor and manage daily cash flow requirements to support operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and address customer payment queries.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Maintain compliance with statutory accounting standards and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in full-set accounting and credit control.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or SAP) and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Deep commitment to confidentiality and integrity in financial record-keeping.
