Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and document all incoming warehouse goods against purchase orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Prepare comprehensive summary reports on warehouse operations and inventory levels
- Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure financial accuracy of inventory transactions
- Support periodic inventory audits and stock count procedures
- Process documentation for goods receipts, returns, and stock adjustments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse accounting or inventory management
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and procedures
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
