We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Account Executive to join our finance team in Miri, Sarawak. In this critical role, you will manage the full spectrum of accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and cash flow management. You will ensure strict compliance with SST/GST regulations while preparing accurate financial reports for stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete accounting cycle including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury operations to ensure liquidity
- Ensure full compliance with SST/GST regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Conduct regular account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with Malaysian GAAP
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of full-set accounting experience
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations (SST/GST)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail with analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
