As our Account Executive, you will manage a diverse portfolio of financial tasks, ranging from bookkeeping and payroll processing to navigating the latest e-invoicing regulations and tax filings. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, possesses excellent analytical skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where precision is paramount.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end full set accounts and daily bookkeeping activities.
- Handle payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Oversee the implementation and management of e-invoicing requirements.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings (SST/Income Tax) and EPF/SOCSO contributions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities as required.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/LCCI).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or UBS) is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian taxation laws, SST, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
