Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
- Handle statutory submissions, including GST/SST, EPF, SOCSO, and income tax filings.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and support management decision-making processes.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/LCCI/CAT).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience handling full-set accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
