Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the construction industry
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations showcasing Paling Construction's capabilities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Malaysian driver's license with willingness to travel throughout Sarawak
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and project lifecycle
