As an Account Executive at Porrima, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while maximizing account value. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and expand the existing client portfolio to ensure high retention rates.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market analysis.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to address client feedback and requirements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
