Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial reports, budgets, and accounts payable/receivable to ensure accurate financial records
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and industry standards
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Assist in financial planning and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business objectives
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management or accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
