Bumi Lancang Kuning Pusaka is seeking a dedicated Field Executive to oversee our construction projects in Cikande, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will act as the operational backbone of our site, ensuring that daily activities align with project milestones and quality standards. We are looking for a proactive individual who excels in coordination and documentation.
Your primary focus will be on managing on-site operations, facilitating seamless communication between engineering teams, laborers, and management, and maintaining comprehensive project records. You will ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed while driving project efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure alignment with project schedules.
- Coordinate effectively with engineering teams, laborers, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all site activities, progress reports, and daily logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site.
- Facilitate clear and efficient communication between the field team and head office.
- Monitor material usage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist in resolving on-site operational issues and logistical challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction site supervision or field operations.
- Strong command of the English language and ability to communicate in Indonesian.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid SIM A (driving license) is preferred.
