Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQ) specifically for interior construction works.
- Conduct detailed cost estimation and budget planning to ensure project viability.
- Monitor project expenditures against the approved budget and identify variances.
- Assess material specifications and negotiate prices with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Manage contract administration, including payment schedules and variations.
- Prepare regular financial reports and cost summaries for project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on interior projects.
- Strong proficiency in QS software such as MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and contractors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
