Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA-compliant working environments
- Manage labor resources, schedules, and material inventory to optimize productivity
- Inspect work quality and resolve technical issues during construction phases
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for project stakeholders
- Train and mentor construction teams on best practices and quality standards
- Coordinate with engineers and architects to resolve design discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or foreman roles
- Proven expertise in reading architectural blueprints and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations
- Certification in construction management or related field preferred
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
