Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, including educational institutions and parents.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Q-Dees' market presence and program adoption.
  • Present and articulate the value proposition of Q-Dees' innovative educational programs and curriculum to prospective clients.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare detailed sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new growth avenues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the education or service-oriented sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clienteles.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a proactive, results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Resilience and adaptability to meet evolving business needs and challenges.
