Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-set accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Coordinate tax filings and ensure compliance with local financial regulations and statutory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee petty cash management for daily logistics operations.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate record-keeping for all staff-related financial matters.
- Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
- Analyze operational costs related to cargo and packing services to identify efficiency improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/LCCI).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or cloud-based platforms) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent numerical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong command of English and Malay (written and verbal).
