Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, and trial balances.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Process and verify payroll documentation and ensure timely submission of statutory tax returns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and filing systems.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with accounting standards specific to the construction industry is preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian tax laws and statutory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
