- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger entries and journal vouchers.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including trial balances and income statements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures and audit preparations.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies.
- Maintain organized financial records and support the finance team with ad-hoc analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in full set accounting, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Pastel) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
