- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely resolution of financial discrepancies
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial compliance
- Lead cross-functional financial projects and process improvement initiatives
- Monitor financial performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with audit teams during compliance reviews and financial examinations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of financial management experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership experience in financial teams
- Professional certification (ACCA/CPA) preferred
