Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain client accounting records with accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports for clients
- Assist with tax planning, preparation, and compliance for individual and corporate clients
- Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and procedures
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial services
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
