In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in our accounts while mentoring junior staff members to achieve collective success.
As an Account Executive at Puzzle Ark, you won't just be crunching numbers; you will be an integral part of our business strategy. You will take ownership of full sets of accounts, bridge the gap between day-to-day operations and high-level financial reporting, and provide the insights our management team needs to make data-driven decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full sets of accounts including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring high standards of work and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements, inter-company transactions, and balance sheet accounts.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations (LHDN/SST), and accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS).
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities.
- Improve existing financial workflows and implement internal controls for better operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience handling full sets of accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or MYOB) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of local tax regulations and statutory filing requirements in Malaysia.
- Proven ability to lead or supervise a small team effectively.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight financial deadlines.
