Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, trial balance, and financial statements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all cash flows are accurately recorded.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company internal policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and conduct variance analysis to control costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in account management or similar role.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as MYOB, SAP, or QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Malaysian tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.
