Hiroyuki is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team in Senai, Johor. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our daily accounting processes.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of the full set of accounts, providing essential financial reporting that drives our business strategy. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Manage monthly closing activities, ensuring all financial data is accurate and posted within deadlines.
  • Handle tax filings, including SST submissions, and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities as required.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and manage inventory costing and reconciliation processes.
  • Support the finance manager in budget preparation and financial analysis reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience handling a full set of accounts.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Senai, Johor.
