Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Manage monthly closing activities, ensuring all financial data is accurate and posted within deadlines.
- Handle tax filings, including SST submissions, and ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant government authorities as required.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and manage inventory costing and reconciliation processes.
- Support the finance manager in budget preparation and financial analysis reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA or equivalent).
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience handling a full set of accounts.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Senai, Johor.
