Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform accurate general ledger (GL) entries and maintain updated financial records.
- Prepare and issue professional invoices to clients in alignment with company policies.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Provide support during internal and external audits to ensure smooth information flow.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and assist with inventory reconciliation when required.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage operational expenses effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., LCCI, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and taxation principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and high levels of integrity regarding financial data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team-oriented setting.
