Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL) maintenance and monthly reconciliation.
- Prepare comprehensive budgets and cash flow statements to support strategic business planning.
- Oversee costing processes to ensure accurate product and service pricing.
- Perform timely month-end and year-end closing procedures to meet reporting deadlines.
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Account Executive or Assistant Accountant role.
- Familiarity with local accounting standards and tax regulations in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
