Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction.
  • Drive sales initiatives and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets set by the management.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to expand our market presence.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
