Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high retention rates and satisfaction.
- Drive sales initiatives and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets set by the management.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals to clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and operations, to resolve client queries efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to expand our market presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
