As the face of our company, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term client relationships and driving business growth through exceptional service and strategic sales initiatives.
In this key position, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to closing deals and ensuring post-sales satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for our engineering solutions, translating client needs into tailored proposals. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Sarawak market.
- Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and technical teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Attend industry exhibitions and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to the achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service within the engineering or construction industry.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and willingness to travel within Sarawak.
