Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounting clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Perform core accounting duties including bookkeeping, ledger reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable management.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, income statements, and balance sheets for review.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and ensure compliance with local regulatory standards.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads to expand the firm's client base and revenue.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Ensure all financial data is accurately entered and maintained in accounting software.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an accounting firm or financial services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple client accounts, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
